NO COMPLAINTS

Scripture Reading - Philippians 2:13-15

13 [Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.
14 Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining [against God] and questioning and doubting [among yourselves],
15 That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world, AMP

Dear child of God we know that in life you go through a lot of changes, even these current changes in our government and corporate businesses can seem unfair and confusing. However, it is crucial that we bring honor unto the Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father by keeping our tongue from complaining about the challenges we face here in America. Many in the Christian family have decided to boldly speak out against our government. This behavior is unprofitable because any house divided shall fall and their fall will affect you personally. It is foolish to offer your opinion about our leadership if no one in leadership asked you for it. This verbal discussion of the way other people are doing their job is generally categorized as “complaining” in the ears of God. It is never a good ideal to speak evil of those in authority over you. It is more important for us to stay united with the Word of God by praying for the leadership of our nation. We must conduct ourselves in honor and faithfulness, not only toward God’s ordained offices but more importantly unto our Lord Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. Moreover, when we don’t agree, we must learn to be submitted unto authority figures of our nation because if we fail to obey God’s Word how can the Lord answer our prayers. Remember we serve the Lord Jesus to the same measure we serve our fellowman. If we do our part in humbleness and holiness God is faithful to bless us and this nation to the best of His ability. Knowing that our motive is love in the Person of Christ Jesus and not fault finding or complaining against other people, organizations or trying circumstances. We firmly believe if we as Christians will humble ourselves through prayer and loving others God will hear from Heaven and heal our land. Amen!
